Thank you very much. :)
It was in the Pike National Forest in Colorado, on the Rampart Range part.

Absolutely beautiful.. I wish it was a tad smaller so I could see the large size all at once without scrolling though

But if I made it smaller, it wouldn't fit my computer monitor! :D

Oh, I forgot to mention I also like how the line of trees form and separate the sky from the ground.

Coneflowers? Huh, they kind of look like sunflower colored daisies. Again the color is wonderful, so very vibrant. Of course I've most likely said that about your pictures before. People with SAD (the disorder were people get depressed when it's gray outside) could look at your pictures instead of taking happy drugs.

Actually I think they're cut leaf coneflowers...don't ask me why. Probably because all the daisy names were taken by other flowers. :D

Thank you! :pills:

LOL, most likely. My grandparents create flower hybirds as a hobby, and create even go as far as to have a few of them registered but the names they give them have little or nothing to do with the flowers themselves. Like Luster, or Mary. Which are names of actual people.

Creating new flowers sounds hard...I don't have much of a green thumb. :D

Me neither, I... over watered my cactus when I was a kid. *sheepish* One day I noticed it looked more yellow green than green and then I moved it and it kind of broke apart, but not in a clean way like snapping a branch, more like the top was mushy and slid off... My mom laughed, it was very traumatizing, just kidding, it was hilarious.
